Growing up surrounded by chaos and the feeling it was her job to please, a leader was never something Thea aspired to be. Yet, life continued to show how her talent, interest and skills are influential and impactful. Wherever Thea finds herself, she strives to show up authentically, accepting her strengths and flaws while leading others to trust their gifts and courageously follow wild dreams too! Thea strives to be a resource of encouragement, community and collective leadership, equipping and releasing fellow dreamers and leaders to see their wild dreams become reality.
